Return Policy

You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receipt without giving any reason. After cancellation, you have an additional 14 days to return your product. The full order amount will be refunded, including the original shipping costs. The cost of returning the product from your address to the webshop is at your own expense.

If you exercise your right of withdrawal, the product must be returned to the entrepreneur with all accessories and – where reasonably possible – in the original condition and packaging.

You can register your return via your account on our website. After registration, the order amount due will be refunded within 14 days after receipt of the product, provided it is received in good condition.
Please keep the delivery proof at all times until the return has been fully processed.
